Still, if your order isn’t quite right, we’ll be glad to make it right for you.
Returns for Defective Items
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@frommyaunt.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges for Size
We understand that finding your perfect fit sometimes takes a second try.
You may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:
• In its original packaging (including box, dust bag & protective film intact)
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
To request an exchange, simply email us at hello@frommyaunt.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
Please note that shipping fees for exchanges will be borne by the customer, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We only accept exchanges within Singapore. We hope you understand!
A Few Things to Note
• We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• From My Aunt reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
